- Take Henry Hudson Pkwy to NY-9A S in Manhattan
- Continue onto NY-9A S, Battery Park Underpass to South St
- Take exit Exit 2 from FDR Drive/S St Viaduct
- NY-9A S turns slightly left and becomes Battery Park Underpass (signs for FDR Drive N)
- Continue onto FDR Drive/S St Viaduct
- Take exit Exit 2 toward South St
