Press Release: Locals Invited to Ride Hornblower Niagara Cruises During Sleep Cheap

NOVEMBER 4, 2015

November 4, 2015 (Niagara Falls, ON) — For just $2 Adult or Child, locals Niagara residents can now enjoy the thrill of Hornblower’s iconic Voyage To The Falls boat tour during this year’s Sleep Cheap Charities Reap local fundraiser. From Sunday, November 8th through Thursday, November 12th with proof of Niagara residency, locals will enjoy discounted admission to Niagara’s premier attraction while supporting worthwhile local causes. Due to Hornblower Niagara Cruises extended season, this is the first time that locals have the opportunity to enjoy the boat tour to the Falls as part of the Sleep Cheap Charities Reap event.

There are two easy ways to purchase Hornblower’s famous boat ride: Individually at the Hornblower Ticket Plaza main entrance located at 5920 Niagara Parkway (near the foot of Clifton Hill) and through the Niagara WonderFalls Pass. Boat tours operate from 10am to 4pm daily. All ticket proceeds purchased individually will support Project Share.

Alternatively, locals may also purchase the new WonderFalls Pass that includes admission to 10 great Niagara Falls attractions, including Hornblower Niagara Cruises. WonderFalls Pass is $10/person or a $30 Family Pass valid for up to 6 people.

“We are happy to announce that 100% of the proceeds purchase from individual tickets at Hornblower Niagara Cruises during Sleep Cheap Charities Reap will go to Project Share to feed families across the Niagara Falls,” says Mory DiMaurizio, General Manager at Hornblower Niagara Cruises. Last year Sleep Cheap Charities Reap raised $131,075 and the proceeds were shared by 18 different organizations. Since it began 12 years ago, Sleep Cheap has raised more than $1.3 million.
